Nighttime Catering Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Spearhead acquisition, production, delivery, and follow-up for all catering orders
  • Delegate and ensure tasks are completed properly in a timely manner, personally contributing to completion of orders where required
  • Grow and develop catering relationships through personal interactions, traditional marketing and digital communication in correlation with corporate and local marketing strategies
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of Chick-fil-A Product Mix and company vision, keeping abreast of company-wide marketing initiatives
  • Handle guest issues that may arise during catering experience

Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience and knowledge in the catering industry

Shift Supervisor

  • Lead morning, afternoon, or evening shifts by overseeing kitchen and front-line activities to ensure that the Chick-fil-A Robinson team is operating at a level of excellence
  • Diffuse disagreements or matters of contention between Chick-fil-A Robinson team members or guests
  • Ensure that morning, afternoon, and evening check-lists are completed and that necessary measures are taken in order to run a shift smoothly
  • Set the example when it comes to best-practice procedural operations, cleanliness, and organization 
  • Monitor, track and secure all cash-handling operations for the shift

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work in our fast-paced kitchen, either in our entre/hot-food area or in our cold prep stations, comfortably lifting objects as heavy as 50 lbs. and working in an environment with warm temperatures

  • Partner with other team members to deliver high-quality meals to our guests
