Chick-fil-A Fit Club: Ride, Run or Walk

Join us for a Walk, Run or a Ride every Saturday until September 3 leading up to the Chick-fil-A Patriots' Festival Walk, Run & Ride for Heroes on September 10th, 2016. www.PatriotsFestival.com
Open to the community. All walkers, runners and riders arrive by 7:45am to sign in for a 5 or 10k Run/Walk or Fast, Intermediate Long, Intermediate Short or Friendly Bicycle Ride (must be able to ride at least 10 miles for all rides). The 5 & 10k routes are at your own pace. Rides will go out for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours with a lead and a sweep for each ride, except the fast (show & go). HELMETS ARE REQUIRED FOR RIDES. Please come prepared with bicycle tires aired up, extra tubes, bike pump and patch kid, seat adjusted properly and with a full water bottle.
All participants are invited to join us following your workout for breakfast. Get a Free Breakfast Entrée of your choice each Saturday with proof of registration to participate or volunteer in the Walk, Run & Ride for Heroes.
