TEAM MEMBER (Full and Part-Time):
This entry-level position is the core of the business’ success and maintaining a positive work environment by executing great customer service to our guests. This individual not only seeks to continuously improve in their assigned area, but exhibits an effort to cultivate their role in supporting other team members.
TEAM LEADER (Full-Time)
The person in this roll supports leadership and has responsibilities such as opening and/or closing the business. Is frequently the most senior leadership on-shift. Provides an opportunity for empowerment to hold others accountable and to direct basic activities during a shift (such as holding systems accountability, back office money activities, taking and producing catering orders, doing operational assessments, helping to train team members and running breaks). Other duties as necessary.
