Pay and Store Discounts

The pay offered is competitive and is based on position, shift, and past experiences. The hours are flexible and you can work both part time or full time with as many as 50 hours a week, based on business need. Every Sunday Chick-fil-A will be closed to give you time with your family and friends. Health Insurance is provided at minimal cost to the employee, only full time team members are eligible for this benefit. Uniforms are provided at the point of hire at no cost to the team member. Find yourself challenged during the hands on, paid training by a training specialist. In addiction to being paid top dollar for your hard work, you will also receive a 50% meal discount.

 

Job Responsibilities

Front Line Includes: Greeting guests, accepting meal orders and payment while fulfilling drink and sauce requests(because, who doesn't love Chick-fil-A sauce, it goes on everything... right?) Dining Room Includes: Navigating the dining room to assist guests, refresh beverages and ensure that the guest's visit exceeds their expectations. Kitchen Includes: Create custom meals to exceed guest's expectations through preparing the best ingredients to bread, cook and fry in order to build hot and tasty food.

 

Job Requirements

  • No previous work experience required
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • 15 years and older (18+ for Kitchen)
  • 20 hour a week commitment
  • Conversational English

The Operator, Howe Rice, is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the Restaurant, who invests time in his employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

 

Life During and After College

So you have been accepted into the college of your dreams! What is next? At Chick-fil-A, we believe everyone deserves an education. We offer $1,000 Leadership Scholarships to employees who qualify. We also offer an additional $1,000 S. Truett Cathy Scholarship to a limited number of qualifying team members who are chosen by an independent panel each year. As the senior year quickly approaches, internships are in high demand. Chick-fil-A offers a Marketing internship. Leadership is like building the perfect sandwich; melting together passion, skills, character and a willingness to serve others. The Leadership Development Program is an accelerated promotion track for recent graduate looking to start a career in business or become and ant entrepreneur into the food and beverage industry. Chick-fil-A at Center of the Universe is taking top talents and training from the bottom up, beginning as a crews member and moving through the management matrix at an accelerated pace throughout 2.5 to 3 years. As the program concludes, your opportunities do not; continue as a Director, possibly become a GM or become your own bosses an operator. Through this program you will gain the knowledge to guide you through a lifetime of success. Applicants must be a recent graduate, possessing a four year degree, willing to relocate and commit to a 50 hour work week.
