Donation Requests

Chick-fil-A Sports Arena loves to give back and is proud to be a community partner. If you and your organization are within 5 miles of our restaurant or in the Point Loma community, fill out the Donation Request Form below and we will review it for consideration. Please provide as much information as possible about your request.

Forms must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event. Our marketing staff meets twice a month to review the requests and will respond to you via email, so make sure to provide the best email address at which to reach you. Please do not contact the restaurant to follow up on your submission.
