Fun Run/Fun Fair/Carnival
Does your school have a carnival, fair, auction, or fun run? How would you like to make upwards to $1,000 at this event with very little effort, very few volunteers, and no investment?
Using Chick-fil-A as your food concession vendor at your next school event can help raise money for your school. Here’s how: based on pre-sold meal vouchers that your PTC, PTO, etc. collects during the weeks prior to the event, we sell you that number of meals at a certain price. You charge $1.00 to 1.50 more than your cost and you keep the profit, it’s that simple.
How this works:
•Fill out the form below
•You will be contacted by a Marketing Team Member to discuss eligibility and scheduling
•Once your date is determined, we will provide forms, flyers, etc to help you communicate with your students’ families
•When the order forms return to the school from families, keep track of the number of meals. Chick-fil-A will be in contact with your event coordinator on a regular basis to help with your event needs and keep tabs of the meal totals
•On the day of the event, relax and let us take care of the rest

•Arbor Creek Elementary (ACE) used Chick-fil-A’s Concession Service for their Sept. 20th 2008 Fun Run/Auction
•Because Chick-fil-A staffed the food distribution, ACE was able to focus their efforts on the Fun Run and Auction
•ACE pre-sold meals and made substantial amount of profit just from the food sales.
If your event is not a fundraiser or you don’t need food vending, we would be happy to talk with you about how some of our other services can add value to your event. We have games we can bring or we could simply have our famous Cow make an appearance and pass out free food coupons. Team/Group Party
Is your Olathe School group looking for something fun to do? How about a Chick-fil-A Party? It’s a one-of-a-kind event geared at recognizing your school groups and teams.
Chick-fil-A in Olathe loves to reward our students who participate in extra-curricular activities, and would to be honored to host your group for an evening of fun with some FREE food. Whether it’s the Football or Soccer team, the Chess Club, or the Choir or Orchestra, we will provide a memorable night for your group. We encourage the group’s families to join in on the excitement as well.
Each group member will receive a FREE Original Chick-fil-A Sandwich or 8 Count Nuggets. Please call to discuss eligibility and schedule your Chick-fil-A Party.

Olathe School Field Trips
Chick-fil-A in Olathe has 3 different plans designed to help make your next trip a success.
Plan #1: for breakfast
Leaving early on a field trip? Let us take the worry out of making sure all kids have had their breakfast. We can provide you with that early morning breakfast of Chicken Biscuits and Orange Juice. We even have heated coolers that are available for check-out to help keep those Chicken Biscuits warm.
Plan #2: for lunch
Call ahead and we will have your food ready for arrival. Remember, when you bring your kids to Chick-fil-A, the teachers and bus drivers eat a combo meal for free.
Plan #3: for lunch
If you do not want to stop or interrupt your outing, you can call us or order online and arrange to have box lunches for your outing. We even have heated coolers that are available for check-out to help keep your sandwiches warm. Our box lunches can come in a variety of options. Some examples are: sandwich, chips, brownies, and a drink.
