Chick-fil-A Homberg Drive's Spirit Nights put the FUN in fundraising! We can't wait to partner with your organization to share a special evening of raising both funds AND awareness of your group.
Wondering what all a Spirit Night involves? Here are the guidelines:
Spirit Nights are a fun way to earn some extra cash and be involved with the community for an evening! They can be held on Thursday evenings from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, depending on availability. Your organization will get a percentage of sales from the Spirit Night, so there is always an incentive to drive more traffic!
In addition to this, we ask that the organization send members to participate in servicing our dining room. This will mean loving on our guests, insuring they have everything they need, refreshing their beverages as needed, etc. There will be tip jars placed around the dining room and at drive-thru for our guests to specifically tip your organization. At the end of the night, the organization gets ALL tip money AND a percentage of sales.
Organization members are asked to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the beginning of their Spirit Night to set up their signs/balloons/tables/props, be briefed on what Second Mile Service means, and to get in position!
Please have all organization members wear a shirt specific to their organization and a name tag (if applicable) so that guests know who is serving them and what their money is going toward.
Some best practices:
- Putting people out by the roadside with signs and balloons will drive in more traffic - lots of cars go by our main road and will honk and create even more excitement for your Spirit Night!
- Balloons in the store make for a really fun, festive environment. Anything you would like to bring to make the evening a little more "yours" is more than welcome! (A table to sell/give away T-shirts, tickets, music speakers, etc.)
- Have FUN! Above all, we want this to be a fun evening for everyone!
Let us know if this sounds interesting to you and your organization! We will be excited to talk details and set things in motion.
