Fill out the form below for the Chick-fil-A at Haygood Shopping Center Birthday Party and your child will be able to celebrate with a party on their big day. Children age 13 and under are eligible for enrollment.
PARTY TIMES
Chick-fil-A Haygood will host parties Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday before 11:30am and after 2:30pm. Tuesday's parties will be held before 11:30am and from 2:30pm - 4:30pm.
RESERVATIONS
Chick-fil-A Haygood requests that reservations be made at least two weeks in advanced prior to the desired party date. Previous scheduled events have priority over desired party dates. Reservations will be approved and confirmed by the Party Coach.
PARTY PACKAGE
- 4 ct. nugget kid meal (drink and fry included)
- Ice cream to accompany cake (provided by the guest)
- Birthday Decorations (tableware, balloons, happy birthday plates and napkins)
- Reseverd table for gifts w/balloons

$8.99 per child 10 child minimum
Parents may bring their own themed decorations pending Party Coach's approval.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- If this package do not appeal to you, you may also provide your own party supplies pending approval from Party Coach.
- Chick-fil-A Playland is open to the public.
- No outside food or drink allowed, except birthday cakes.
- Please be mindful of the two hour limit.
- Bring your camera to capture the fun!
