Are you planning a party? How about a Chick-fil-A Party? Whether you’re planning a birthday, graduation party or a party for a team or school group, make it extra special with Chick-fil-A!

If you’re interested in having your party at our Restaurant, fill out the expression of interest form below and we will contact you to discuss the details. Each Party includes: Goodie bags for the party guests (Stuffed miniature cow, Kid's Meal coupon, and pencil), Table and chair decorations, a party coach, and a visit from our Chick-fil-A Cow!

Breakfast Option 1:  $125
Serves 10 Children and 10 Adults

- 10 Kid's Meals (Includes 3ct Chick-n-Minis, hashbrown, and drink)
- 1 Small Chick-n-Mini Tray

- 1 Coffee To-Go Box (96oz)

Serves 15 Kids and 15 Adults

Lunch Option 2: $225
Serves 15 Children and 15 Adults

Lunch Option 3: $275
Serves 20 Children and 20 Adults

Important Information:

1. Playground is open to the public.

2. Party coach is responsible for making sure the party runs smoothly; this person will NOT host the party.

3. No outside food or drinks allowed, except birthday cakes.

4. Themed tabletop decorations may be allowed.

5. Tables are reserved for 90 minutes only.

6. Bring your camera to capture the fun!

Party Times

Chick-fil-A at Concord Mills will host birthday parties in the dining room Monday–Friday, before 11:00 a.m. and after 2:00 p.m. Saturdays upon availability. 

Reservations

Chick-fil-A at Concord Mills requests that reservations for birthday parties be made at least TWO weeks prior to desired party date.  Subject to approval by a Manager.

Deposit

A $25 non-refundable cash deposit will be due ONE Week prior to birthday party. If a deposit is not paid within two (2) business days of booking a party, the reservation will be cancelled. Non-refundable fee is included in package price listed above. 

Cancelations

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least two (2) days prior to scheduled party.

Payment

Chick-fil-A at Concord Mills accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Cash.  Payment will not be applied until party date.
