Chick-fil-A at Carmel Mountain loves to give back and is proud to be a community partner. Please fill out the Donation Request Form below with as much information about your event as possible and we will review it for consideration. We will reply to your request by e-mail, so please make sure to provide your primary e-mail address.
We ask that you provide your request at least one month prior to your event to allow us time to plan with you and make your event a success. Our marketing staff meets twice a month to carefully review each request and will then respond to you via e-mail. Please do not contact the restaurant after submitting a donation request. We will contact you via e-mail, usually within 3 to 5 days.
