It's Our Pleasure to Host your Fundraiser! Here at Chick-fil-A of Decatur, we are excited to be a part of the Morgan County Community. We want to serve alongside you and make our schools, churches, and community groups stronger. Our fundraisers are designed as a way to share our profits with you for the business that your organization brings to Chick-fil-A.
How do we tally your earnings? Customers must notify the cashier that they want their purchase to go towards your fundraiser. Their purchase will then be recorded by a Chick-fil-A cashier at the front counter or drive thru. All sales will be totaled at the end of the designated fundraiser time, and your organization will receive a check for 10% - 20% of the total purchases recorded for your organization. For total purchases $200 - $499.99 you will earn a 10% check. For total purchases $500 - $ 699.99 you will earn a 15% check. For total purchases $700 and above you will earn a 20% check.
How can your organization prepare and promote a successful fundraiser? Choose a fundraiser chairperson who is motivated to create excitement and awareness about your fundraiser. Encourage Leadership Attendance - Start at the top to encourage participation and allow this to filter down to different levels of leadership to get everyone engaged in your fundraiser opportunity. Many leaders have shared with Chick-fil-A that the bonus to attending a fundraiser at Chick-fil-A is the environment created here allows them to build relationships within their organization. Contests & Rewards - Promote attendance through competition with incentives and recognition for those who attend. Although Chick-fil-A is unable to takeresponsibility for running these competitions we may be able to provide incentives or prizes.
Fundraiser Flyers - Send home flyers to be copied & distributed by your organization.
Cow Costume - The Cow promotes excitement and awareness about your fundraiser, and may be reserved for no cost. Contact Amanda for more details.
Website & Facebook - Invite family &friends - remind members of your organization to invite their family members and friends. Remember, they must tell the Chick-fil-A cashier that they want their purchase to go towards your organization.
Additional information about advertisements: We kindly request that you do not make posters or promote your event in the drive-thru, Chick-fil-A parking lot, entrances to Chick-fil-A or anywhere else on Chick-fil-A's property. You may NOT hand out flyers at Chick-fil-A. For us to be able to offer fundraiser events for your organization, it is crucial that you do not solicit to our regular customers. We are more than willing to help you promote your event on our store calendar and in any of the previously stated ways. We'll help you in any way we can to earn a large check for your organization!
